As events and venues have grown in size and more emphasis is placed on safety and security, sports event organizers must pay close attention to determining the quality of security staffing at sporting events. The key challenges that a sport organizer should take into consideration are security personnel requirements and needs, requested services, performance requirements and insurance coverage.
