Ron started off his career in 1968 as a detective with the city of Miami police department. In 1981, he founded Secure America, an installing alarm company and in 1984 founded Central Alarm Control, a contract monitoring company both located in Miami. From 1990-1991 Ron was president of the Alarm Association of Florida. Currently, he works for the alarm industry in Model States, CARE and SIAC.
